We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below.

Return

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unpacked, unopen and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the product is opened and the seal is broken, the return is void. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pepplusbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Cost (if applicable) - is not refundable.

If a tracking number indicates that a package was delivered, but a customer states that they never received the package, it will be the customer responsibility to file a claim with the carrier services which was used to deliver the package.
